Resolution:

Your rewards can be claimed in-game through the typical process for promotional items. The instructions for each title are included below.

Star Trek Online

1. Complete the Tutorial
2. Press the Menu/Options button on controller
3. Select Store
4. Select C-Store
5. Select Promotions tab
6. Look for your item and claim it.

Neverwinter

1. Complete the Tutorial
2. Speak to the Reward Claims Agent NPC in Protector’s Enclave to claim the reward
   
   • Note: If you lose or delete your reward, you can always reclaim it again from the same NPC.
