Stuck on Creating Crew when launching Gigantic

Scenarios:

• I am unable to get past the "Creating Crew" message when starting the game through Arc.

Cause: If your Arc client is set to a language other than English you may encounter this issue.

Resolution:

To resolve the issue you must change your Arc client language to English.

1. Within the Arc client, click the Arc logo in the top left corner to open the menu.
2. Click Settings.
3. Select the Language tab in the Settings window.
4. Then select English from the dropdown list and select OK.
5. There will be a message that appears to confirm the change. Press the Restart button to confirm.
6. The Arc client will now restart. After logging in again, your Arc client should be in English.
7. Select Gigantic: Rampage Edition from the Library and click Play to start the game.

If you would like to change your language while in Gigantic, you can do so from the game menu.

1. From the Main Menu, click Settings.
2. Select the Interface tab.
3. Select your preferred language in the Text Language dropdown list.
4. The language should change immediately.
