Password reset messages are usually sent out within an hour. If you experience a delay longer than this, it might be due to high demand on our systems. If you don't receive a password reset message within 24 hours, please email us after you have tried some of the suggestions below.
Alternative Email Address or Username
If you do not receive a password reset message, please be sure to check any alternative email addresses you may have used to create your account.
Please make sure that you are logging into the correct Runic account. In many cases, for whatever reason, users end up creating more than one Runic account.
It is also useful to check any spam filter settings which may be in play. Spam filters can also be implemented by your ISP, so sometimes it's worth checking with them to find out if that applies to your account.
We don't support Gmail address aliases. If you used, for example, firstname.lastname@example.org to register your account, you'll need to use that to log into the game and to send yourself a password reset message. This means that email@example.com is treated as a separate email address.
Many email services have different domains in different countries. Please be sure to try different possibilities for your locality.
This is a possibility that people overlook, but please be sure to check to make certain that you've correctly entered your email address when submitting a password reset request.
