Why can't I buff or resurrect other players?
Click on the red shield icon in the top right corner next to the mini-map. Please verify that the listed Blessing/Healing filters are all unchecked.
If a target is RED NAMED, buff is cast on yourself.
If a target is not your FACTION, buff is cast on yourself.
If a target is not in your SQUAD, buff is cast on yourself.
