Adding a payment method to my subscription

1. Log into your account at www.arcgames.com or within the Arc Games client
2. Click on your account name in the top right hand corner and select "My Account"
3. Click on "Manage Subscriptions"
4. Log into the secure billing site with your Account Name and Password
   • NOTE: You will need to enter the Account Guard one-time Verification code to proceed if you haven't already saved your browser

5. Click on "Main Menu"
6. Click on "Manage Payment Methods"
7. Click "Create a new payment method"
8. Enter the complete payment information and click the 'Submit' button
