Before submitting a ticket, please make sure to check all of the places where these things could be (e.g., inventory/bag, bank, other characters). If you are still unable to locate your item please, please contact Customer Support and include as much of the following information as possible:
- The game and server this occurred on.
- All character names involved (include @handle, Gamertag, and/or PSN Nickname when appropriate).
- The exact names of the items involved and their quantities, if any.
- The exact amount of currency involved, if any.
- The exact time and date you were sure you last had it, in server time if possible. If not, please note your time zone.
- The exact time and date when you noticed it was missing, in server time if possible. If not, please note your time zone.
Once we receive your ticket, we will investigate the incident, and depending on the circumstances, will determine if we are able to restore the item as a courtesy. We cannot guarantee restorations on all lost items/currency. If a restoration is offered, we also cannot guarantee it will be the exact item that was lost; in many situations only the base item can be restored. Ultimately it is the player's responsibility to maintain the security of their account, and take caution when handling their items.
