If your character is stuck and cannot move, please try the following:
- Hold down Spacebar while tapping your Flight key (if you have a flying mount or can fly).
- Use your Town Portal skill or a Teleport Stone. If you've used it already, you may have to wait for its cooldown period to expire.
- Relog to the game. This may drop you in a better spot so that you won't get stuck again once you log back in.
- If your avatar is female, try to have a male avatar embrace and carry you away from the stuck area.
- If you are at a high enough level for PvP or PKing, ask one of your friends to kill you.
If all else fails, you can contact Customer Support for assistance in freeing your character.
