How do I pass faction leadership?
You must be a faction leader to pass faction leadership. You will need to enter "g" to open the faction window. Next select the player you would like to pass leadership from the list of names in the faction window. This player needs to have the "Director" position in order for you to "Pass Position" to them. If they do not have the "Director" position, you will need to select the "Promote" button until they have reached the "Director" position. The "Pass Position" button will now be selectable; select this button to pass leadership.
