To change your email address, please log into the Arc website and go to your account page. You can then click the "Edit" button next to your e-mail address, and you will be prompted to change it. You will require access to the current email address.
If you are still not seeing an automatic email in your inbox in order to change your registered email, please check your email's spam folder and add email@example.com to your contacts list to ensure you can receive our messages, then try one more time.
If you don't have access to your account's registered email address, we can manually change it for you. You will need to send in a ticket and request an email change for the account. Please be aware that you will be asked to verify your ownership of the account, so when initially contacting us please provide us with any and all account details that you can think of so that we can speed the process up for you.
