At times Perfect World Entertainment may suspend accounts for a variety of reasons as covered under our Terms of Service. Some of these suspensions may be temporary, and in some cases these bans may be permanent depending on the severity of the infraction and the past history of the account.
When banned, the email address registered to the account will usually receive an email that explains what action was taken and why. If you did not receive an email, please first double check your email account's bulk/spam folder.
If you still are unable to find an email explaining the ban, then click the Contact Support link in the top header and select the first option in the dropdown: "I can't sign in, OR, My account is banned, OR, I can't register an account" to submit a ticket. Make sure to give us the email address and display name for the banned account so that we can assist you.
As we take account privacy seriously, we are not able to discuss account bans with anyone except for the registered account holder.
