Gathering System Information

System files are helpful snapshots of your computer's hardware and software configuration. In addition to any screenshots of bugs and errors that you are seeing, these files help us diagnose and troubleshoot technical and game problems.

If you are unable to launch one of our games, or a game is crashing unexpectedly, please gather the following information and submit it to us as an attachment in a support ticket.

DxDiag

1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. Type DxDiag and press Enter.
3. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
4. Save the file as DxDiag.txt

MSInfo

1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. Type MSInfo32 and press Enter.
3. In the MSInfo diagnostic window, click File, then Export.
4. When the Export As window appears, choose Desktop.
5. Save the file as MSInfo.txt
