Our policy is that we do not offer refunds for intentional purchases, however we may be able to make an exception for special circumstances. If you are requesting a refund, please provide us with the reason for your request as well as any transaction IDs you have.
If you have identified unauthorized transactions on your debit or credit card statement, please contact Customer Support immediately. If you prefer to speak to a live team member, a toll free number should be included in the transaction descriptor. For a quicker resolution, please provide us with any of the following information:
- Transaction ID
- First and last name on the card
- First six and last four digits of the card
- Billing address, including zip or postal code
Our team will attempt to locate the transaction(s) and immediately process a refund.
