Resolution:

In order to run a Cryptic Studios game in Compatibility Mode, please follow the steps below:

  1. Browse to the folder where the game was installed.
  2. Right-click on the game executable (Champions Online.exe, Star Trek Online.exe, Neverwinter.exe) and choose Properties.
  3. Click on the Compatibility tab.
  4. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for checkbox and choose the Windows 7 option.
