To properly cancel your subscription please follow these steps:
- Log in to the secure billing site with your account credentials
- You will need to enter the Account Guard one-time Verification code to proceed if you haven't already saved your browser

- Click on the "Subscriptions" link in the header
- Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button
- Subscriptions for Star Trek Online and Champions Online can be cancelled on this page so please verify which game you are making a change to before proceeding
- Click "OK" when asked if you are sure you want to cancel the subscription
If the cancellation is successful the message "Your subscription has been cancelled" will appear and the game subscription status will update to "Cancelled".
Once the cancellation process is complete you will receive an email to confirm the cancellation. If you do not receive an email, the cancellation process was not successful and you will need to repeat the above steps.
