We love a good bug report with plenty of details and good reproduction steps that help us to track down the cause and get a fix in game as soon as possible, and we appreciate that you want to take time to report your issue to us. We work with different developers on different titles, so we do have a slightly different process for reporting bugs, depending on the game and platform.
Neverwinter (PC)
For this title, please be aware that we only accept bug reports when submitted in-game. Submitting the bug in-game automatically provides us the information necessary to resolve the issue, such as your character information, in-game location, etc.
In order to submit a bug report from in-game, open the Game Menu (default key: Escape) and select Help.
Once in the menu, select Report a Bug.
Please fill out the description fields as thoroughly as possible. We recommended that you submit your report as soon as the issue occurs.
- If the bug is visual, please try to position yourself so that it is viewable when you submit the bug
- Categories like Items, Powers & Combat, and Quests allow you to select a specific item, power, or quest to include with your report
Neverwinter (Xbox One)
Unfortunately, Neverwinter for the Xbox One platform does not currently offer the ability to send an in-game bug report. For the time being, please post your report to the Bug Reports forum.

For our other titles, please visit the Arc Forums and select your product. Each product has a specific forum dedicated to bug reports. While developers may not respond to bug reports directly, they are all collected here and passed on for consideration.
Reported bugs will be reviewed by our QA team in the order they are received. Note that in some cases once a bug has been submitted, you will not be able to view or edit it. Additionally, bug reports will often not receive a personalized response. If you're not sure if something is a bug, you may be having problems with a mission or a quest.
