How do I complete or unlock 'X' quest objective?

Why can't I claim my class sigil from the Vault of the Nine quest?
Class sigils are unlocked once a character has reached level 60 and completed the quest "Vault of the Nine." Which sigil unlocks is reliant on your character's class. To unlock them all, you must complete this quest on all characters of different classes. These artifacts are claimable on all characters through the Rewards Claim Agent once you have unlocked them. How do I level up my profession past level 20?
At level 20, you will not see the profession task to level up your profession until you receive all of the assets required from the Level 20 Experimentation task. The task is not broken, you simply do not have the required assets to upgrade it yet. Continue to do the experimentation task and the upgrade task will appear once you have received the required items.
I'm experiencing issues with my camera being stuck or acting unusual.
If you are finding that your camera has been stuck at a weird angle or becomes unfocused, we suggest that you reset your camera options to their default settings. To do this, simply open your Options menu and select "Reset to Default" and apply the changes.
Why can't I do my daily quests?

I accidentally destroyed an item required for a refining quest and now I can't continue.
The ring granted by the "How Enchanting" quest is vital for refining items in the future. Do not discard the Ring of Warding! You will need it to complete this quest and cannot claim it a second time. If you accidentally delete the item, please contact Customer Support and we can replace the ring.
How do I swap my bag for a larger one?
To switch out inventory bags, the bag you wish to remove must first be empty. You will see your bag icons at the bottom of your inventory window. Once you have emptied the bag you wish to swap out, you may simply click its icon in this window to unequip it. Once you have the empty bag slot, select the bag you wish to equip and do so.
I can't switch loadouts due to an error: "Unable to equip some items from the loadout".
Loadouts are affected by all aspects of your character: mounts, companions, gear, enchantments, runestones, potions, etc. If you move any of these items to other characters or delete items from these loadouts, the loadout itself cannot change because it cannot detect the item that was previously saved to it. To fix the issue, there are "Apply to all loadouts" options on gear, companion, and mounts. Simply select these options and you should be able to switch loadouts again.
I accidentally deleted my character. Can it be recovered?
Characters can be recovered within 30 days of their deletion. If you wish for a character to be restored, you must contact us within these 30 days, otherwise, the restoration cannot be done as your character will no longer be kept in backups.
I completed the Tyrant Hunt but did not receive a Bile Drenched Scale.
Bile Drenched Scales have gone through multiple changes since their release and due to this a lot of players are confused by their drop rates. Currently, the Bile Drenched Scale has a 100% drop rate per party. This means that if you complete a hunt successfully, only one member of your party will receive a scale.
Why was my account placed on probation?
Due to your recent Zen purchase through Steam, your account may be put on temporary probation from exchanging Astral Diamonds and purchasing unbound items from the Zen Market. There are multiple warning windows in the Zen Market and the exchange stating that items will be bound. The probation will automatically expire after a few days, or you may submit a request to Customer Support to have us remove it after verification.
I can't purchase ZEN because it says I did not complete a starting area.
To purchase Zen, you must have a character that has completed the first zone on any platform. Please be aware that purchases are platform-specific. The three platforms are: PC (Arc and Steam), Xbox One, and PS4. If you are receiving this error on a character that has completed Blacklake District already, you are most likely trying to purchase ZEN on the incorrect platform.
How do I purchase Astral Diamonds?
Astral Diamonds can only be obtained in-game. You may earn Astral Diamonds by selling items in the auction house, earning Rough AD from dungeons and skirmishes, or by using the Zen Exchange. You cannot purchase Astral Diamonds directly. The third-party sites that offer this service are fraudulent and likely to result in your account being compromised. It's also against the Terms of Service.
I accidentally purchased the wrong item! Can you undo this?
If you accidentally purchase an item, we'd be happy to help you! Just send in a ticket and our Customer Support team will process your request. We can't make any guarantees, but as long as the item was purchased recently, with non-event currency, and the item has not been used or bound to your account or characters, we should be able to help you out.
How do I purchase or use a race reroll token?
The Race Reroll Token is not a physical item that would appear in your inventory. To use the token, open your character selection screen, select the character you wish to reroll, then select the "Race Reroll" option under your list of characters. Follow the instructions and you will get your "new" character all set to go. You may purchase a Race Reroll Token from the Character Selection screen or through the Zen Market. How do I purchase additional character slots?
You can purchase additional character slots, two at a time, through the Zen Market in-game.
