Unfortunately, we cannot provide any Customer Support for missions and quests created for the Foundry, nor can we offer in-game Foundry support (such as gameplay questions, quest progression, getting stuck, etc.) for both Neverwinter and Star Trek Online. As it is user-created content, it is impossible to review and test all of the content and gameplay that our players make in the Foundry in a reasonable timeframe, and thus it is up to the content creators to fully test their created missions and quests before release so that other players can enjoy them without incident.
If you have a gameplay or quest-related question with a specific Foundry mission, we recommend getting in touch with the content's author by messaging them in-game.
However, we would encourage you to report any exploits or inappropriate content contained in Foundry missions by sending an in-game ticket.
