We offer Customer Support for our Italian, Polish, and Turkish players that need to contact us.
In order to receive a response in your native language, click the language flag on the bottom of the support login screen and make sure it is set to match your language. This will mark your account for that language and route your ticket accordingly.
Please keep in mind that most of the support site, including the Knowledge Base, is not currently translated for these languages. You will see a mix of English and localized text, and you may be redirected to the English site if you click on any product banners.
If you would like to read the Knowledge Base content we would recommend opening the English site with a translation tool such as Google Translate.
