If you are having issues with your game continuously crashing, then please try the following:
- Make sure you are running Arc as an administrator. Right-click on the Arc shortcut and select the Run as Administrator option.
- Try temporarily pausing your anti-virus software prior to starting the game as it may be interfering with/or blocking the process. If so, add exceptions for Arc and Torchlight Frontiers.
- Open Windows Defender Security Center and go to the "Firewall and Network protection" section and manually allow access for Arc and Torchlight Frontiers through the firewall. Windows may be blocking this process.
- Close all other third-party applications in case there is a conflict. Those known to conflict with our games include: RivaTuner Statistics Server, MSI Afterburner, and SteelSeries Engine 3 software.
If the issue persists, contact Customer Support and include a DxDiag file with your ticket, as well as a log file from the game.
The Frontiers.log file can be found in the following directory, depending on where you installed the game to: Frontiers_en\Frontiers\Saved\Logs
