Scenarios:
- I no longer play any Arc games and want to close my account.
- I would like to close my account permanently and have my personal data removed.
Resolution: If you decide that you no longer want to keep your Arc account open, you can request for it to be closed. Keep in mind that accounts are never closed for inactivity, so there is no harm in leaving it open in case you decide to play one of our games again, or if a new title is launched that you are interested in.
We can process this request for you after completing the account verification process.
To proceed with a closure and personal data removal request, please submit a ticket to Customer Support by clicking the Contact Us button on the top of the Support page.
On the ticketing page, please select the option: "I am experiencing an issue related to my Arc account." and then login with the Arc account you want closed, if you have not done so already. On the ticket form select "Account Closure Request" from the "Issue Type" dropdown.
Closed accounts are considered banned and will no longer be accessible.
