Scenario:
- I no longer play any Arc games and want to close my account.
Resolution: If you decide that you no longer want to keep your Arc account open, you can request for it to be closed. Keep in mind that accounts are never closed for inactivity, so there is no harm in leaving it open in case you decide to play one of our games again, or if a new title is launched that you are interested in.
Please contact Customer Support and we can process this request for you after completing the account verification process. Closed accounts are considered banned and will no longer be accessible.
